Blackened Shrimp & Grits Casserole Mix, Company's Comin'. Ready in just 20 minutes, this delicious dish is perfect for weeknight dinners. Made with simple ingredients, it's one of my favorites!
Directions:
Mix package with 2 cups water, 2 1/2 cups whipping cream & 1 pound of uncooked & peeled shrimp. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently so that nothing sticks to the bottom of the pan. Cook approximately 10-15 minutes until mixture is thick. Stir in 1 cup shredded cheese, let it rest 5 minutes. Serve & enjoy. May be topped with chopped green onions or bacon.

Grits, chicken base (salt, sugar, chicken fat, modified food starch, hydrolyzed corn protein, onion powder, spices, dehydrated chicken meat, natural & artificial flavors, disodium inosinate & disodium guanylate), paprika, garlic, onion, salt, basil, oregano and selected spices.
