Directions:
Mix contents with 6 cups milk, (whole, skim, low fat, or 2%). Bring almost to a boil and reduce heat immediately. Add 1 cup grated Mexican blend cheese or Pepper Jack cheese & 1 -10 oz. can of chicken, then simmer until thickened. If you do not like rice, it may be left out. If the soup is too spicy additional instant rice may be added.
