Just add tomato sauce, water, and chicken along with crushed tortilla chips for a soup that tastes like you ordered it in a restaurant.
Directions: Combine soup mix with 5 cups of water and one 8 oz. can of tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and add 1 cup crushed tortilla chips. Canned chicken or other cooked chicken (approximately 13 oz.) can be added if desired. Simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes. Top with grated cheese, chopped onion and cilantro.
